CONTENT CREATION AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made on July 4, 2026 between:

  Creator:  [Creator name]
  Brand:    [Brand name]

1. SCOPE OF WORK
   The Creator will produce the following deliverables:
   [e.g. 1x Instagram Reel + 3x Stories]

2. FEE & PAYMENT
   Total fee: USD [amount].
   Payment is due within 14 days of invoice (Net-14).
   Late payments accrue 1.5% interest per month on the outstanding balance.

3. USAGE RIGHTS
   The Brand receives a license to use the delivered content for:
   Organic social only, for a period of 6 months from delivery.
   Any use beyond this scope or period requires a separate written agreement and additional fee.
   The Creator retains copyright and ownership of all raw and final content.

4. EXCLUSIVITY
   No exclusivity is granted. The Creator may work with other brands, including in the same category.

5. REVISIONS
   The fee includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional rounds are billed separately at the Creator's standard rate.

6. CANCELLATION (KILL FEE)
   If the Brand cancels after work has begun, a kill fee applies:
   50% of the total fee if cancelled after a draft has been delivered; 25% if cancelled after work started but before a draft.

7. FTC / DISCLOSURE
   The Creator will clearly disclose the paid partnership (e.g. #ad, "Paid partnership") in line with FTC/ASA guidelines. The Brand will not ask the Creator to conceal the commercial relationship.

8. APPROVAL
   The Brand will review and approve or request revisions within 5 business days of receiving a draft. Content not reviewed within this window is deemed approved.
