Terms of Service — kolify

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using kolify ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. kolify is operated by Jakob (the "Company").

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Send unsolicited commercial messages in violation of applicable law
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
Upload harmful content including malware or infringing material
Impersonate another person or entity

4. Subscription and billing

Brand accounts include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription billed monthly. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Creator accounts are free and remain so.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to kolify. We store and process it solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. On account deletion, your data is removed from our systems within 30 days.

6. Outreach and email

You are solely responsible for all outreach emails sent through kolify. You must comply with applicable email laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL) including honouring unsubscribe requests promptly. kolify provides the infrastructure; you are the sender of record.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Rate benchmarks, EMV estimates, and ROI projections shown in the platform are industry estimates for informational purposes only — they are not guarantees of performance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you will not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or an in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
